It has been very recently pointed out to me that there is more to hypnosis other then what can be accomplished and what can't. There are tons of myths that circulate, and some even becoming urban legends. I think that some of these may even add to the allure of hypnosis, while others take away the creditability of hypnosis. Doing a quick search on Google showed that the following are considered by some to be a Myth. (I have not formed a personal opinion for myself yet, but I will be voting). 1) Only weak minded people can be hypnotized 2) Hypnotist have complete control over you when you are hypnotized 3) If you can hear the hypnotist then you were not hypnotized 4) You can remain permanently stuck in hypnosis So what do you think? :)
