I also believe i was hypnotised the first time i listened. A amateur sample by "theantimaya". She had a lovely voice. i was hooked immediatly. Most people who listened to her attempt voted the recording with "Marry me". It was different then what people sometimes think - no amnesia or something like that. Just a light trance but i had no doubts that i was hypnotised. But it took much longer before i started to respond to triggers. That required a lot of pleasurable training. But even before that i was hypnotised by just reading femdom hypnosis stories. I prefer the stories with well written inductions (like Corporate Package or RCwrites stories)

In truth I don't know. All I cared about was results. I did not have a set goal of state. I would have to say the first time but it was so light i did not even pay it much thought. I understood what to do and how to do it. but I was the one in the way of myself. Even tho I was Greedy and Hungry for trance. One day I will have Exact Results. You can bet on that one.

i am not sure of the length of time, several months probably, but i will never forget when it happened. As i listened to the session, which i had many times, i found myself becoming very calm and focused and when this happened my mind relaxed and waves of bliss began flowing over and through me i became so excited that i actually brought myself out of trance but with a smile from ear to ear knowing that it was possible.

I have been listening to some erotic hypnosis recordings off and on for a couple of years now. The erotic part works pretty well, but the jury is still out on the hypnosis part. But I still maintain an open mind...

Technically it took me a few years. When I gave hypnosis a try with no real boundaries to the experience I would say about 35-60 minutes. Now with experience I slip in to various states quite well in less than a few minutes or instantly depending on mood and trigger.

It took me about a month or two when I finally felt my self melt.

OK, so I will echo what others have said here. I have yet to have a post hyp suggestion really control me. However, whenhn listening to the recordings (and i have a BUNCH of them) I get a feeling of sort of being drunk a bit,but not just drunk, but drunk in the presense of a sexy woman who i want VERY BADLY and hanging on every move, every sylable she utters (Isabella). IT is a wierd , wonderful, satisfying feeling. I enjoy it very much. And my head can feel sort of cludy for a good hour afterward.

I also listen to some recordings (not deep scenario ones, but just great relaxing ones - like "a Beautiful Mind", when I am doinng simple emails or web surfing and will occassionaly feel mysefl drift off , even though I was not really listening to the recording. IT gets into my mind anyway -- I love that. ON a quest to find other recordings that make good background listeing like that one. Ones that don't ask you to participate too much, just get in a massage your mind ;-)

Anyway, sorry for rambling on this.. Just really thinking aboiut this stuff today.

I never really got much off of MP3's or off of stage shows. And how long does it really take is up to the person. they have to accept what is going on. Most people question what hypnosis feels like. They try to break it down so they can understand it. If the person was to really relax and not think about the MP3 or the trance and just feel it. I think it would work a lot faster. These are my thoughts.. Anthony

I remember trying so hard to hypnotic sleep even as a young kid.When I discovered erotic hypnosis I always seemed to try way too hard to respond.I was hypnotized somewhat, but not very deep! This is the first year or so that I have been able to really respond to certain suggestions.What really did it for me is when I started hypnotizing people.When I see my girlfriend drop into hypnosis just by my 1 word it kinda makes me jealous.It helped me understand it alot better and believe that it was very achievable.So to awnser the question it took me a good 7 years of fairly consistant practice to get to a good level.I still have things i want to accomplish that will probably take me getting alot deeper!
