Cara Institute
We conducted an interview recently with Bernard Yam of the Cara Institute. This interview is mainly for those who want to leasrn how to hypnotize others, or get information on where to send someone to learn more about this profession. The Cara Institute is a school dedicated to teaching and expanding the art of hypnosis to others in a way that is easy and fun to learn. Bernard Yam is the head of the institute, and we spoke to him about the origins of the school, his own beliefs and motivations, and what others can gain through learning and practicing hypnosis.
