conducted an interview recently with Bernard Yam of the Cara Institute.
The Cara Institute is a school dedicated to teaching
and expanding the art of hypnosis to others in a way that is easy and
fun to learn. Bernard Yam is the head of the institute, and we spoke to
him about the origins of the school, his own beliefs and motivations,
